FAIRVIEW presents a diverse selection of artisanal cheeses, crafted with expertise and passion. The company’s range encompasses over 50 varieties, meticulously produced from both cow’s and goat’s milk, catering to a wide spectrum of discerning palates.

The collection spans from refined white and bold blue mould cheese to tangy feta and indulgent cream cheese styles. FAIRVIEW’s offerings include both timeless favourites such as Brie and Camembert, as well as innovative creations like the acclaimed White and Blue Rock cheeses, reflecting the company’s commitment to both tradition and innovation in cheese-making.

Deeply rooted in a reverence for the land, FAIRVIEW prioritises the preservation of the local environment throughout its operations. In collaboration with Cape Nature, the farm actively engages in the removal of non-native vegetation, ensuring the ongoing health and vitality of the ecosystem. Since 2010, FAIRVIEW has proudly displayed the Integrity & Sustainability seal, symbolising its dedication to environmentally conscious farming practices.

FAIRVIEW’s commitment to sustainable agriculture is further evidenced by its esteemed membership in the Integrated Production of Wine (IPW) and Biodiversity in Wine (BWI) initiatives. Notably, the company’s cheese factory has been recognised by The Carbon Protocol of South Africa as the first Carbon Neutral Cheesery on the African continent, underscoring its unwavering dedication to environmental stewardship.

In line with its values of inclusivity and quality, all of FAIRVIEW’s cheese are crafted using non-animal rennet and hold certifications as both Halaal and Kosher, ensuring that its products can be enjoyed by a diverse range of consumers.

Specialising in halloumi and feta, MEZE has consistently pursued a vision of seamlessly integrating manufacturing and distribution. This aspiration has come to fruition with the establishment of a state-of-the-art facility that adheres to the most stringent environmental and food safety standards.
